VoiceXML Developer in Munich
To augment our software development team.

Your responsibilities:
- Discover and analyze voice applications requirements from both the client’s and the caller’s perspective
- Create effective speech user interface designs including call flow, dialogs, and prompts to accomplish the requirements
- Assist in implementing these designs, including interacting with developers, directing voice talents and performing usability tests
- Analyze performance of the user interface in the field and recommend specific changes to improve caller satisfaction and transaction completion
- Develop, document, and maintain IVR applications and related database modules.
- Complete daily maintenance tasks including monitoring system diagnostics and implementing design changes to increase system efficiency.
- Design and provide technical specification for VoiceXML script tags for new functionality

Your Profile:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with JavaScript/Java languages
- Experience with Oracle or MS SQL as SQL developer
- Experience in XML/XSL applications development
- Communication skills necessary to persuade and influence all levels of business
- Fluent in English
- High personal integrity and professional standard of behaviour
Experience in the following is also a plus:
- Familiarity with IVR development tools such as VoiceXML or others
- Experience in the organization and execution of usability testing for a speech application in a speech lab environment
- Familiarity with common internet protocols such as FTP, HTTP, POP3, SMTP and SOAP
- Familiarity with VOIP, RTP/RTCP, ISUP
- Experience in Speech Recognition Technology
